You can start your custom order by providing the information below.
We will contact you via phone (or email) at our earliest convenience*.
* We finalize custom orders Tuesdays through Saturdays, between the hours of 8 AM and 2 PM (when decorators are on-hand and able to provide options and pricing). If you submit this online form on a Saturday (after 2pm) or Sunday/Monday, we will contact you on Tuesday morning. We recommend a week’s notice on all custom orders. Orders are not considered finalized until we receive a 25% deposit. This deposit it non-refundable if the order is cancelled 2 days prior to pick-up. No changes can be made to an order 2 days prior to pick up.

AND you should see the word “SUCCESS” at the bottom of the page
IF you have clicked “SUBMIT”
AND the survey (questions & answers) turn to RED (instead or disappearing)
AND you don’t see the word “SUCCESS” at the bottom of the page
IT MEANS YOU DID NOT SUBMIT YOUR ORDER
Please correct your mistakes and click “SUBMIT” again
