If you are looking to serve a small group of guests you may choose from our extensive line of stock cakes available for pickup. Made-to-order cakes are 8” or larger (4” and 6” cakes are reserved for tiered cakes only).

Our cakes are best described as full flavored American butter-based cakes. Traditionally American cakes are made with butter, eggs, sugar, and flour – and we keep to this tradition.  These cakes are denser  in nature than sponge cakes which are soaked with syrup. For optimal flavor and moisture serve our cakes at room temperature.

IMPORTANT: all our products contain or may come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, nuts, milk, eggs, and shellfish.

Chocolate Butter – a full flavored butter-based chocolate cake (BEST SELLER)
Gold Butter – a classic butter-based cake made with egg yolks  (BEST SELLER)

Available with one week’s notice:
Orange Olive Oil Cake
– a wonderful dense yet moist citrusy cake made with olive oil instead of butter- a staff favorite
Red Velvet – our version of the classic cocoa powder infused cake
Yellow Sponge – a light Genoise cake soaked in sugar syrup (best paired with fresh fruit and whipped cream)
Carrot – our version of the classic (with walnuts and raisins)

CAKE FILLINGS

Chocolate Mousse – whipped chocolate ganache (100% heavy cream cooked with semisweet chocolate – no added sugar)
Whipped Cream – 100% pure heavy-cream whipped w/ pure vanilla extract & powdered sugar
Chocolate Whipped Cream – chocolate mousse folded into fresh whipped cream (light and sweet)
Oreo Whipped Cream – crushed Oreos folded into fresh whipped cream
Chocolate Oreo Whipped Cream – crushed Oreos folded into chocolate mousse
Cannoli Cream – Our impestata based cream filling studded with mini chocolate chips
Cappuccino Mousse – concentrated espresso coffee folded into fresh whipped cream
Salted Caramel Mousse –  a dolce de leche mousse with a hint of salt
Peanut Butter Mousse – peanut butter folded into whipped cream
Nutella Mousse – chocolate hazelnut spread folded into fresh whipped cream
French Custard – custard cream folded into fresh whipped cream
Tres Leches Custard – French custard combined with Bailey’s Irish Cream and toasted pecans
Fresh Fruits & Whipped Cream – fresh bananas and/or strawberries topped w/ fresh whipped cream (additional charge for fresh fruit)
Fresh Fruits & French Custard – fresh bananas and/or strawberries topped w/ French custard (additional charge for fresh fruit)
Raspberry Mousse – raspberry fruit puree folded into fresh whipped cream (slightly tangy and sweet)
Fudge – fudge filling that is dense, rich, and sweet
Kid’s Buttercream – super-sweet old-fashioned buttercream
Cream Cheese Frosting – classic cream cheese frosting (normally paired w/ red velvet or carrot cakes)
Lemon Zest Cream Cheese Frosting – our cream cheese frosting with the added tang of  lemon juice and zest

Accent Fillings

Chocolate – a thin spread of real melted chocolate (adds a nice and delicate texture)
Raspberry– a thin spread of jam (accents the flavors)
Salted Caramel – a thin spread of dolce de leche with a hint of salt
Nutella – a think layer of Nutella spread

CAKE ICINGS

Kaye’s Buttercream (KBC) – classic Italian meringue buttercream made w/ 100% butter (silky and rich)
Chocolate Buttercream – melted semisweet chocolate folded into KBC
Cappuccino Buttercream – concentrated espresso coffee folded into KBC
Nutella Buttercream – chocolate hazelnut spread folded into KBC
Dulce de Leche Buttercream – milk caramel folded into KBC
House Buttercream (HBC) – made w/ shortening, butter and no eggs (we use it for colored buttercream only)
Colored Buttercream – all of our colored buttercream cakes are crumb coated with vanilla KBC but can be finished with HBC colored to your specifications

Dark Chocolate Glaze – smooth icing made w/ melted dark chocolate and heavy cream (no sugar added)
White Chocolate Glaze – (must be glazed over buttercream) smooth icing made w/ melted white chocolate and heavy cream (no sugar added)

Cream Cheese Frosting – (must have crumbs or nuts on the side of the cake) classic cream cheese frosting icing (normally paired w/ red velvet or carrot cakes)

Fudge –  fudge filling that is dense, rich, and sweet
